These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Waitify website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Waitify.
By creating an account or using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update the Terms from time to time; we will notify users of significant changes.
Users may submit content such as location reports, wait times, comments, and feedback (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you grant Waitify a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for the purposes of providing and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including logos, software, designs, and content, are the property of Waitify or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Some features may be offered as paid services. If you purchase paid features, you agree to our pricing and payment terms. All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Waitify does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of User Content or real-time data. Use the Services at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waitify and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for paid services in the prior 12 months, or $100 if you did not pay.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waitify, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for other business reasons. You may also close your account via the app or by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Waitify is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the updated Terms on this page and notify users of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
